ORIVUE is designed so your health records stay under your control.
Effective August 11, 2026ORIVUE does not sell your health data, build advertising profiles or use third-party advertising trackers. The app stores the profile and records you create on your device. Apple Health access is optional and controlled by you. Information leaves the app only when you deliberately export or share it, or contact support.
This policy explains how the ORIVUE iOS and watchOS apps and the website at orivuehealthtracker.app handle information. ORIVUE is offered by Burak Akbay (“ORIVUE”, “we”, “us”).
Depending on the features you use, ORIVUE may process the following information locally on your device:
ORIVUE does not require an ORIVUE account and does not operate a server that collects these health records.
Health access is optional. ORIVUE requests only categories connected to a feature you initiate. Apple Health data is read from or written to HealthKit according to the permissions you grant. ORIVUE does not use HealthKit data for advertising, data brokerage or unrelated marketing. You can change Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings or the Health app.
App profile data and records are stored locally using iOS data protection. If you enable device backup or iCloud backup, Apple may include app data under your Apple account settings and Apple’s terms. ORIVUE does not receive your iCloud credentials or backups.
Exports, backups and doctor summaries are created only after your action. You choose the categories included and the destination. Once shared outside ORIVUE, the recipient or service you select controls that copy.
Apple processes App Store payments. ORIVUE receives product and entitlement information needed to unlock a purchase, but not your full payment card details. Apple’s privacy policy applies to App Store transactions.
This website does not use advertising cookies, behavioral analytics or third-party tracking scripts. Cloudflare hosts and secures the site and may process limited technical information such as IP address, user agent, request time and security signals to deliver the site, prevent abuse and maintain reliability. If you email support, your message, email address and any information you choose to include are processed by the relevant email providers so we can respond. Please do not send medical records, passwords or payment details.
App records remain on your device until you remove them, erase the app’s data or uninstall the app. Apple Health records are managed separately in the Health app. Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain a support record, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
ORIVUE is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their country. A parent or guardian should supervise use where required.
The app is offered internationally. Device-level processing occurs where your device is located. Website and support providers may process limited technical or correspondence data in other countries with safeguards provided by those services.
ORIVUE uses platform protections, local data protection and user-controlled biometric safeguards. No method is perfectly secure. Keep your device, Apple Account and backups protected and install operating-system updates.
We may update this policy when ORIVUE, legal requirements or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised, and material changes may also be highlighted in the app.
