Clear expectations
These terms govern your use of the ORIVUE app and website.
Effective August 11, 2026ORIVUE is an organization, reminder, recording and visualization tool. It is not a regulated medical device, emergency service, clinician, pharmacy, diagnosis or treatment. Never delay professional care because of information shown in ORIVUE.
By downloading, purchasing or using ORIVUE, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms in your country. If you use ORIVUE for or with another person, you are responsible for having appropriate permission and protecting their information.
ORIVUE can help organize medicine plans, reminders, user-entered records, permissioned health data, progress views and user-controlled summaries. Features and supported data sources may vary by country, device, operating-system version and purchase tier.
Trends, stories, baselines, reference ranges and summaries are organizational aids. They can be incomplete, delayed or affected by source quality. They do not establish cause, confirm safety, diagnose a condition or recommend treatment.
ORIVUE may offer free and paid features through Apple’s App Store. Available products, prices, taxes, trials and eligibility are displayed by Apple in the app and may vary by region.
Monthly and annual subscriptions are charged to your Apple Account and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable rules. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account subscription settings.
A lifetime purchase is a non-transferable license to use the ORIVUE premium features offered for the current app for as long as ORIVUE is made available and supported. It does not promise perpetual operation, every future service, third-party content or a separate successor product.
Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple controls payment processing, refund decisions and billing support.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use ORIVUE under these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules. You may not misuse the service, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer where prohibited, interfere with security, upload unlawful material or use ORIVUE to harm another person.
ORIVUE depends on platform services such as iOS, watchOS, HealthKit, notifications and StoreKit. Their availability and terms are controlled by Apple or the relevant provider. Links to outside resources do not imply endorsement.
We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device, complete drug or barcode coverage, or delivery of every reminder.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIVUE is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties that it will be error-free, complete, medically appropriate or suitable for a particular purpose. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORIVUE and its provider are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, missed reminders, source data, exports or decisions made from the app. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be limited.
You may stop using ORIVUE at any time. We may restrict use for serious misuse, security risk or legal necessity. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain effective.
We may update these Terms. The effective date will be revised, and material changes may be highlighted in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
